By accessing digitpaw.com, purchasing DigitPaw, downloading our software, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Our Services
DigitPaw provides downloadable desktop software for macOS and Windows that allows users to install and use a local AI digital pet experience. Users may purchase the software through our website and download the applicable installation package after payment.
DigitPaw may also offer optional paid AI pet customization features, which allow users to generate or personalize digital pet appearances within the software.
DigitPaw is a software product. It is not a dating service, matchmaking service, romantic companion service, sexual entertainment service, adult entertainment service, marketplace, professional advice service, spyware product, monitoring product, or parental control product.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age required in your country, to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Services only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
By using the Services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
4. Purchases and Payment
Purchases on digitpaw.com are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record for our transactions. Lemon Squeezy may handle payment processing, applicable taxes, invoices, receipts, refunds, chargebacks, and payment-related compliance.
We do not store your full payment card details. Payment information is handled by Lemon Squeezy and its payment processors.
Prices are shown at checkout and may vary by region, currency, taxes, discounts, or promotional offers. We may change prices at any time, but price changes will not affect purchases already completed.
5. Delivery of Digital Products
After a successful purchase, you will receive access to download DigitPaw software through the website, checkout confirmation page, email receipt, account page, license system, or another delivery method we provide.
You are responsible for ensuring that the email address and information you provide at checkout are accurate. If you do not receive your download link, license key, or purchase confirmation, please contact us at [support@digitpaw.com].
6. License to Use DigitPaw
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use DigitPaw for personal or internal business use.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, your purchase does not transfer ownership of the software or intellectual property rights to you.
You may not:
- Copy, resell, sublicense, rent, lease, distribute, or commercially exploit the software;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works from the software, except where permitted by law;
- Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices;
- Use the Services to develop a competing product;
- Circumvent license checks, access controls, payment systems, or usage limits;
- Share, resell, or publicly distribute license keys, activation credentials, or download links;
- Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, abusive, infringing, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.
7. AI Pet Customization
DigitPaw may allow you to submit prompts, images, preferences, style choices, or other inputs to generate or customize your digital pet. You are responsible for the content you submit and for ensuring that you have all necessary rights and permissions to use it.
You may not use the Services to create, request, upload, generate, or share content that:
- Is sexually explicit, pornographic, NSFW, adult-oriented, exploitative, or sexually suggestive;
- Sexualizes minors or depicts minors in inappropriate, exploitative, or harmful contexts;
- Promotes hate, harassment, abuse, self-harm, violence, or illegal activity;
- Infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, personality, or other third-party rights;
- Uses copyrighted characters, trademarked brands, celebrities, public figures, private individuals, or third-party intellectual property without authorization;
- Contains malware, spyware, harmful code, or unauthorized tracking technology;
- Attempts to bypass safety systems, content moderation, payment systems, or usage restrictions.
AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, non-unique, unexpected, or similar to outputs generated for other users. We do not guarantee that any generated pet image, avatar, design, personality, behavior, or customization output will be exclusive, error-free, suitable for commercial use, or free from third-party claims.
Unless we expressly state otherwise, AI-generated pet customization outputs are provided for personal use within DigitPaw. Commercial use is permitted only if expressly authorized by us in writing or clearly stated in the applicable product description.
8. No Professional Advice
DigitPaw is designed for entertainment, personalization, and software utility purposes. The Services do not provide medical, mental health, veterinary, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
Any AI interactions, messages, suggestions, or generated content are for entertainment and personalization only and should not be relied upon as professional advice.
9. No Marketplace or Third-Party Sales
DigitPaw does not currently provide a marketplace for users to sell, distribute, or monetize user-generated content, pet designs, prompts, models, skins, or other digital goods.
You may not use DigitPaw, our website, or our payment systems to sell third-party products, unauthorized content, or content on behalf of others.
10. No Spyware, Monitoring, or Unauthorized Tracking
DigitPaw is not spyware, monitoring software, or a parental control product. You may not use the Services to secretly monitor, record, track, intercept, or collect information about another person, device, account, screen, communication, or activity.
If DigitPaw requests operating system permissions, such as access to local files, notifications, display features, camera, microphone, or system accessibility features, such permissions will be used only for disclosed product functionality, user-requested features, diagnostics, security, or support purposes.
11. Updates and Compatibility
We may provide updates, patches, new features, security fixes, or bug fixes from time to time. Some updates may be required for security, compatibility, license validation, or continued access to certain features.
We aim to support the operating systems listed on our website, but we do not guarantee compatibility with every device, configuration, third-party application, security setting, or future operating system version.
12. User Accounts and License Access
Some features may require an account, license key, device activation, or purchase verification. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and license information secure.
We may suspend or revoke access if we reasonably believe that your account, license key, download link, or purchase access has been shared, resold, abused, obtained fraudulently, or used in violation of these Terms.

- Interfere with the security, integrity, or operation of the Services;

The Services, including the DigitPaw software, website, designs, graphics, code, text, trademarks, logos, characters, animations, and related materials, are owned by NormTech (HK) Limited or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
No rights are granted to you except as expressly stated in these Terms.
You retain any rights you have in your lawful user inputs. By submitting inputs to the Services, you grant us a limited license to process them as necessary to provide, operate, secure, support, and improve the Services.
15. Third-Party Services
The Services may rely on third-party platforms, tools, infrastructure, payment providers, analytics services, AI service providers, cloud services, operating systems, and software libraries. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
16. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, available at digitpaw.com/refund-policy. Lemon Squeezy, as Merchant of Record, may also process or issue refunds in accordance with its own policies, payment network requirements, and legal obligations.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every device, or meet your expectations.
We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of the above may not apply to you.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NormTech (HK) Limited and its directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, business opportunities, device functionality, or user-generated content.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product or service in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
20. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NormTech (HK) Limited from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of third-party rights.
21. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms, misuse the Services, engage in fraud or abuse, or create legal, operational, security, reputational, or payment risk for us, Lemon Squeezy, payment processors, or other users.
You may stop using the Services at any time.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
23. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict of law principles.
The courts of Hong Kong will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms, except where applicable consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
